At Shiloh Baptist Church, our Music Ministry exists to lead God’s people in heartfelt, Christ-centered worship. Each week, we gather to lift high the name of Jesus through song by declaring His greatness, celebrating His goodness, and responding to His Word together. Worship is not a performance for people but an offering to God, and we count it a privilege to use our voices and instruments to glorify Him.
Worship Team
The Worship Team leads our congregation each Sunday with a blend of timeless hymns and contemporary worship songs that exalt Christ and unify the body in praise. We aim for excellence with humility, striving to lead in a way that helps every person engage deeply with God.
Throughout the year, our team also helps lead Nights of Prayer and Worship, special services dedicated to Scripture reading, prayer, and praise—designed to draw our hearts together in awe of God’s presence and power.
Adult Choir
Our Adult Choir welcomes anyone who loves to sing and desires to serve through music. The choir leads in worship once a month and presents special seasonal programs such as our Easter and Christmas Musicals—evenings of worship and fellowship that are open to the entire community. No audition is required; just a heart to worship and a willingness to serve.
Children's Worship
Our children are learning what it means to worship Jesus with joy and sincerity. During Awana, they enjoy dedicated times of praise and worship, learning songs that point them to the truths of Scripture. On Sundays, our children remain in the worship service to sing with their families before being dismissed to Children’s Church, helping them grow up experiencing the beauty of corporate worship.
Each year, our kids also participate in an annual Children’s Musical, a joyful production that combines Scripture, music, and drama to help them share the gospel story with their families and the church body.
Tech Team
Behind every worship service, there’s a faithful team working diligently to ensure that the message of the gospel is heard clearly, seen beautifully, and experienced meaningfully. Our Tech Team, which includes Audio, Visual, Lighting, and Video ministries, plays a vital role in creating an atmosphere that helps our congregation focus on Christ without distraction.
Each member of the Tech Team serves with a heart for excellence, humility, and teamwork by understanding that their efforts are an act of worship unto the Lord. Whether behind a soundboard, a camera, or a computer, every click and cue helps tell the story of God’s glory.
